No Free Lunches Cafe Initial Post
This blog is dedicated to the works of Robert Anson Heinlein (July 7, 1907 -May 8, 1988). Heinlein, RAH, has been looked at form a variety of positions, from "light fascist" to "hippie liberal," each with its own brand of controversy. The magnitude and scope of his work was paralleled only by Issac Asimov to whom he was acquainted. RAH has been credited with the initial ideas behind such common day items as the communications satellite and the waterbed. Hopefully this blog will take a laid-back view at his novels and the influences that have arisen from his work.
